Human rights groups said they were concerned by the sharp rise in executions in 2005 in Saudi Arabia. The Interior Ministry said Sultan bin Farhan al Doussari was put to death in the Riyadh province for intentionally ramming his car into that of a Saudi man after an argument, killing the driver.
