SAUDI ARABIA: MURDERER EXECUTED IN JEDDAH

Saudi Arabia executed a citizen convicted of murder, taking to 89 the number of death sentences carried out in the Gulf kingdom this year. Saad al-Zahrani was found guilty of shooting dead a fellow Saudi in a dispute. The sentence was carried out in the Red Sea city of Jeddah.
