SAUDI ARABIA: PRISONER BEHEADED FOR KIDNAP AND RAPE

Saudi Arabian authorities beheaded a Saudi citizen, the Interior Ministry said. Khalaf al-Anzi, was beheaded in Riyadh for kidnapping and raping a teenager and then filming the attack on his mobile phone. A second victim managed to flee and notify police.
