SAUDI ARABIA: SUPREME COURT REVOKES DEATH SENTENCE AGAINST TWO

the Saudi Arabian Supreme Court annulled the death sentences of two high school pupils accused of murdering a fellow student, Munther Al-Haraki, in January 2007. Canadian Muhammad Kohail, 23, and Jordanian Muhanna Masood, 22, will be tried again by a new judicial committee. The annulment was based on the fact that the killing was not intentional.
