SAUDI ARABIA. TWO SAUDIS EXECUTED FOR MURDER

two Saudis convicted of murder were beheaded by the sword in the conservative Muslim kingdom, the interior ministry announced. Mohammed bin Jawaan al-Shammari was found guilty of shooting dead compatriot Manaa bin Hammad al-Anzi.
His execution was carried out in Arar, near the border with Iraq. Also in the north of the country, Abdel Magid bin Said al-Balawi was beheaded in Tabuk for stabbing to death a fellow Saudi, Khaled bin Mohammed al-Balawi.
