SAUDI MAN EXECUTED FOR STRANGLING WOMAN

Saudi Arabian Abdullah al-Ameri was executed by beheading for murdering a woman during a robbery, the interior ministry said in a statement published by the official SPA news agency. al-Ameri was executed in Al-Qunfundah, a Red Sea coastal city south of Jeddah.
Abdullah Al Ameri entered the home of the woman while her husband was at prayers, tied her up and strangled her while robbing the dwelling, according to the statement.
