Scott Eizember has been formally sentenced to death.
Eizember was convicted last month (see Feb. 25) of 1st-degree murder in the killing of A.J. Cantrell during a rampage that left 2 people dead and 2 others injured. Eizember was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of Cantrell's wife, Patsy. The 2 were killed on October 18, 2003.
