Since June 2000, the Military Tribunal has sentenced more than 3,000 people for collaborating with Israel to jail terms of up to 25 years

Since June 2000, the Military Tribunal has sentenced more than 3,000 people for collaborating with Israel to jail terms of up to 25 years. Some 46 former South Lebanon Army militiamen have been sentenced to death in absentia for killing resistance fighters who fought Israeli forces in the South. The court's verdicts cannot be appealed.
