Pang Siew Fum, 54 and Cheong Chun Yin, 26, were arrested on June 16, 2008, for trafficking a total of 7.7kg of diamorphine. Cheong arrived at Changi Airport from Myanmar. He met Pang and handed her the bag in the carpark.
