Somali military court handed a death sentence to two Al-Shabaab operatives for their role in the deadly attack on Nasa Hablod hotel in the capital, Mogadishu.

Somali military court handed a death sentence to two Al-Shabaab operatives for their role in the deadly attack on Nasa Hablod hotel in the capital, Mogadishu.
The two Al-Shabaab operatives identified as Abdinaasir Dhaqane and Abshir Hajji Bule confessed of their involved in the attack that left at least 15 people killed and another 20 wounded in the coordinated assault on Nasa Hablod hotel in Somalia’s capital.
According to the Military court judge, the sentence, the sentence and actual execution of the terror operatives will be a big relief since they too have been involved in heinous killings of dozens of innocent people.
The special security forces ended the siege after killing three attackers inside the hotel. A number of suspects were also captured in the subsequent military operations.
