A suspect that was convicted of heroin racketeering charges was sentenced to death by the Colombo High Court on 18 July 2019.
The suspect who was arrested with 10g and 28mg of Heroin was sentenced to death by Colombo High Court judge Sashi Mahendran.
Prasanna Kumara, a resident of Colombo 10, was taken into custody on the 6th of June 2016 by the Colombo North Anti Vice unit.
