SRI LANKA: TEN SENTENCED TO DEATH OVER MURDER IN EMBILIPITIYA

The Embilipitiya High Court on November 24, 2025 sentenced ten people to death over the killing of a man in the Mullagasaya area in 2011.
According to court proceedings, the victim was beaten to death with sharp weapons during the incident.
It was reported that three women were among those sentenced.
