Taiwanese national Li Xiamhzheng was executed in Xiamen, China, for selling and trafficking 370 kilograms of Ketamine from Guangdong Province to Taiwan via Xiamen Port over 3 months, the Xiamen Economic Daily reported. Li and his smuggling partner Xu were seized by Xiamen police in June, 2010, in their 14th handling.
