Tay Chin Wah, 68, an elderly taxi driver who fired four shots from his revolver at two men in 1995 was sentenced to hang. He fired the shots in the men's direction after an argument over a $1,000 loan which his girlfriend had taken from Lee Yang Ping, 27, who was injured in the shooting.
