The Al-Fashir criminal court in Sudan, sentenced Tayyib Ali Ahmad to death and two others to eleven and seven years on charges of subversion and incitement to war against the state, smuggling of weapons, incitement to violently oppose authority and participation in terrorist and criminal organizations.
The court also accused Tayyib Ali Ahmad of participating in an attack against military aircraft in Al-Fashir airport in April 2003.
