The court of first instance in Gaza sentenced Faris al-Ashram to death, after he was convicted of killing former military prosecutor Mohammad al-Asharm.
The public prosecutor said that after thoroughly looking into the evidence, it was concluded that the suspect killed the man with malice and attempted to murder others.
