Aged between 32 and 44 years, the seven terrorists who were operating in the forest located right between the province of Ain Defla and Tipasa, under the command of two leading Salafist Salim Abu Ja'far al-Afghani and Handala, had murdered two policemen in 2012 in a dam at Sidi-Amar, in the town of Ain Torki, province of Ain Defla. Wanted by the security services, the authors of this murder are accused of having formed a terrorist cell, possession of firearms and ammunition and premeditated murder.
