The Dubai (UAE) Appeals Court upheld the sentence on the 28-year-old Indian, identified only as a man, for stabbing to death a former colleague in 1998. The defendant, according to the prosecution, committed the murder when he was about to leave the country on losing his job in a company where he and the victim, Om Prakash Motwani, worked.
