The Gaza court of first instance sentenced Yousef Hasan Abdullah Al-Sinwar, from Khan Younis district, to death, after finding him guilty of collaborating with a Zionist security apparatus in liquidating three Palestinian resistance fighters and wounding two others. The court said that Sinwar had supplied the three martyrs with a booby-trapped device, which the Zionist general security apparatus the Shabak had delivered to him. It added that the device blew up minutes later instantly killing the three Ahmed Atef Mahdi, Mohammed Zuhd and Shadi Jad Lafi and wounding Walid Mohammed Abu Akar and Mohammed Shafiq Al-Khatib.
