The government of Tanzania deported an Egyptian, Mustafa Mohamoud Ahmed, one of the suspects of the US Embassy bombing in Dar Es Salaam in 1998 where 11 people were killed and more than 70 injured. The Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Adadi Rajabu said in the statement that the order for the repatriation of Mustafa, 44, followed the decision by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) to drop charges against the suspect, without more details on why DPP had entered a nolle prosequi.
