the Military tribunal in Guelma, Algeria, sentenced a 38 year old man, identified only by the initials B.M., to death. The Algerian policeman was found guilty of the premeditated murder of three people in March 2007 at Souk Ahras. The man suspected that his wife was having an adulterous relationship with his friend B.C., so he murdered them and his stepmother as well.
