The Military Tribunal sentenced five members of the South Lebanon Army militia to death in absentia for killing resistance fighters who fought Israeli troops during the occupation of the South. Samih Masaad Mahmoud, Asaad Feghali Jamal, Nidal Tawfiq Jamal, Halim Ali Wansa and Samir Asaad Nohra were convicted of serving with the now-defunct SLA. Their whereabouts are not known.
