The Nanning Municipal Intermediate People's Court in Guangxi Province sentenced 10 alleged drug traffickers to death, including Zhong Qiuqi, a peasant from Jinshan.Zhong Qiuqi reportedly colluded with Jiang Zhenqiu and others to buy four kg of heroin in Burma. On 1 March 2000, the suspects smuggled the drugs back to Nanning. From March to June 2000, the suspects bought 40 kg of narcotics in Burma.
