The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals today reversed the death

1 MIN READ
The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals today reversed the death sentence imposed on Keary Lamar Littlejohn. The Court ruled that defense attorneys for Littlejohn didn't do enough to find evidence to convince his jury that the death sentence wasn't appropriate in his case. Littlejohn was convicted in 2005 of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the March 19th, 2002, death of 22-year-old Gregory L. Rogers II.
