The secretariat of the National Council of Resistance in Iran (NCRI) said the official Iranian news agency IRNA reported on August 4 that the Supreme Court had upheld two death sentences.
Execution was to be carried out in public on August 5 at 17.00 hours local time in the south-eastern city of Zahedan.
The NCRI statement said that in the same period 10 people had reportedly been condemned to death at Machad, in the country's north-east.
