The Shanghai Municipal Intermediate Court sentenced Huang Guanguo, former manager of the Minhang District Commercial Buildings Development and Trading Company, and Li Min Tai concurrently vice-chairman of the board and general manager of the Shanghai Housing Development Limited, to death with a two-year reprieve, for corruption, bribery and the embezzlement of 6.08m yuan from public funds.
