the Supreme Court has approved and upheld the execution sentence of 3 teenage boys

the Supreme Court has approved and upheld the execution sentence of 3 teenage boys by the names of Ali M., Morteza F. and Milad B. The boys who were aged between 15 and 16 years when they were charged are currently in the Center for Reform and Education (Juvenile Prison) until they turn 18 when they shall be executed. 
The 3 boys are facing imminent execution along with another 5 teenagers who are also currently on death row. As a party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Iran is bound not to execute child offenders. Both treaties provide that capital punishment shall not be imposed for offences committed by persons under 18 year of age at the time of committing the offence.
