The US-based Human Rights Watch urged European Union leaders to press Russian President Vladimir Putin on Chechen civilians who disappeared after being in Russian custody.The rights group said there were 113 the instances of Chechens who were missing after arrest. Fellow rights group Memorial made similar allegations after a mass grave was found in March 2000.
