three Saudi men convicted of raping a minor have been beheaded by the sword in the southwest region of Asir, the state news agency has reported.
Mania bin Zafir al-Sharani, Mujri bin Muhammad al-Nishawi al-Bishi and Muhammad bin Mubarak al-Nashawi al-Aklabi were executed on Thursday, SPA reported.
The three were sentenced for death for "stealing a car, consuming alcohol during Ramadan, kidnapping a boy under armed threat, taking him out into the desert and sodomising him after forcing him to drink alcohol with them," the agency said, quoting a statement by the Ministry of the Interior.
