Two men were hanged in the Karoun prison of Ahvaz, southwest of Iran this morning, reported the state run Iranian news agency Fars.
According to the report that was quoting Ahvaz prosecutor office, the men, identified as "Gh. A." convicted of buying 1,24 kilos and keeping 985 grams of heroin, and "S. F." convicted of keeping and selling 146 grams of heroin, were sentenced to death by Abadan’s revolutionary court.
The charges were not confirmed by any independent sources. Age of none of those executed was mentioned in the report.
