two people were given the death sentence twice and another accused awarded 100 years of imprisonment by an additional sessions judge in Bannu, Pakistan, for the murder of two minors. On March 25, 2012, Inayatullah, Noor Daraz and Mir Daraz, residents of Hinjal Sherza Khan, killed their five-year-old niece, Samrina, and four-year-old nephew, Saqiq Zama, in order to take over their share of the land. The accused buried the bodies in their house. Police launched an investigation and arrested three suspects who confessed to the crime. The bodies were recovered from the house and later buried in a graveyard.
