the Abu Dhabi Criminal Court of Appeal will issue its verdict on October 26 on capital punishment for a 20 year old GCC national accused of fatally shooting another GCC citizen over a ‘three-way love affair’ with an Arab girl. A defence memo said the defendant has not reached a mature age and that he didn’t kill his countryman intentionally.
