UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: DEATH SENTENCE FOR PREMEDITATED MURDER

The First Instance Court awarded the death penalty, which was last month upheld by the Court of Appeal.
A policeman testified that 18 gold bracelets and a mobile phone were found in AM's apartment.
The convict pleaded not guilty and claimed that the victim was still alive when he left his flat.
