a Bangladeshi man was sent to the gallows, by Malaysian the High Court after he was found guilty of killing two of his fellow countrymen three years ago. Judicial Commissioner Datuk Ahmad Nasfy Yasin passed the sentence to Olier Shekh Awoyal Shekh, 28, after the prosecution had proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. "After analysing in detail all facts and testimonies according to the laws in Malaysia, the court has no doubt that the accused is guilty," Ahmad Nasfy said. Olier Shekh was charged with killing Abdul Kadir Fazer Ali, 22, at a workers' hostel in Taman Kemuning, Senawang, on September 15, 2009. He was also charged with killing Shahin Md Amir Hossain, 24, on the same day at the same time and place. On another charge of causing grievous hurt to another fellow countryman, Helal Hossain Mosharaf, on the same day at the same time and place, Olier Shekh was sentenced to 10 years' jail.
