Circuit Judge Brad Mendheim sentenced Justice Knight to death. Knight, 21, Black, was among 2 men arrested in 2012 for shooting death of Jarvis Daffin. Prosecutors say robbery was the motive. Knight was found guilty last month on 3 counts of capital murder in connection with the Feb. 3, 2012 fatal shooting death of Jarvis Daffin. A Henry County jury recommended the death sentence on October 13, 2016 (see).
