USA - Alabama. The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals reversed the conviction and death sentence of Thomas Doyle Crowe

The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals today reversed the capital murder conviction and death sentence that Thomas Doyle Crowe, 35, White, received (see February 05, 2013 ) for the November 2009 killing and robbery of Marvin Dailey in Blount County. The appeals court said the trial judge gave improper instructions to the jury about Alabama's capital murder law.
