USA - Arizona. A jury sentenced Brad Nelson to death

A jury unanimously recommended that Brad Nelson be sentenced to death. Nelson, 39, white, was charged with bludgeoning his 14-year-old niece Amber Graff to death on June 9, 2006. No clear motive has been established in the murder. Nelson was allegedly in love with his niece and was caring for her and her 13-year-old brother when the teen was killed.
