USA - Arkansas. Formal charges against six Justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission has filed formal charges against six Justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court, finding probable cause that the justices had violated the canons of judicial ethics when they removed Judge Wendell Griffen from all death-penalty cases because of Griffen's participation in a vigil against capital punishment.
