A Los Angeles County jury in Norwalk decided Cimarron Bernard Bell, 37, black, deserves to die for killing his girlfriend and 3 men lured to his home thinking they were going to buy a car. Bell received the death penalty for the Nov. 11, 2003 1st-degree murder of his girlfriend, 22-year-old Ineka Edmondson. The jury also gave him the death penalty for the Jan. 27, 2004 1st-degree murders of Mario Larios, 23, Edgar Valles, 22, and Fernando Pina, 25. The same jury convicted Bell of the four murders on April 5. Judge Dewey Falcone will sentence Bell on June 21. Co-defendant Briaell Lee, 28, is charged with the slayings of the three men and is awaiting trial in a case in which he could also face a death sentence.
