USA - California. Judge Brian McCarville sentenced Jimmy Dale Kelley to death.

Judge Brian McCarville affirmed the June 28 (see) San Bernardino County jury's verdicts and sentenced Jimmy Dale Kelley Jr. to death. On Nov. 10, 2009 Kelley, 42, white, pleaded guilty to the Jan. 26, 2004 murders (during a robbery) of 48-year-old Patty Crevoisier, 44-year-old William Landers and 37-year-old Ward Phillips.
