Judge Dewey L. Falcone sentenced Gabriel Ronquillo, 39, Hispanic, to death following the Jan. 3 (see) jury’s recommendation. Ronquillo, a Mexican Mafia hit man, was found guilty of the June 20, 1999, killing of David Borunda, and of the Aug. 19, 2004, killing of Gary Frausto.
