Judge John Kennedy upheld the Nov. 5 (see) jury’s recommendation, and sentenced Edward Wycoff to death. Wycoff, 41, was convicted in October of two counts of first-degree murder for the Jan. 31, 2006 murders of Julie Rogers, 47, and her husband Paul Rogers, 48.
