USA - California. Judge Michael Sweet has ruled Aaron Dunn will die by lethal injection

Sacramento County Superior Court judge Michael Sweet has ruled Aaron Dunn will die by lethal injection for the March 25, 2006 murders of 46-year-old Michael John Daly and 45-year-old Jon Johnson. On May 12 (see), a Sacramento County jury recommended the death penalty for Dunn, 33, white, who was found guilty on 2 counts of murder and 5 counts of attempted murder.
