May 30, 2025 - California. Adam Slater sentenced to death
An Indio jury in March (see HoC 26/03/2025) convicted Adam Slater, 54, Black, of 1st-degree murder for the 2020 slaying of baby Madalyn.
They unanimously recommended capital punishment.
During a hearing Friday, Riverside County Superior Court Judge Otis Sterling affirmed the jury’s recommendation.
Slater killed baby Madalyn in 2020 during an act of rage that included a severe assault on his estranged wife and knifing a good Samaritan.
