USA - Colorado. Proponents of death-penalty repeal bill SB 19-182 withdraw the bill

After several postponements of a floor vote, proponents of death-penalty repeal bill SB 19-182 announced that they were withdrawing the bill from consideration during the current legislative session. The bill had passed the Senate Judiciary Committee by a 3-2 vote, but proponents believed they did not have enough votes to ensure passage in the full Senate.
