In Tennessee, Federal Judge Curtis Collier upheld the Oct. 21 (see) jury sentence and ordered the death penalty for Rejon Taylor. Taylor was convicted of abducting Guy Luck from his home in Aug. 2003 and driving him across the Tennessee line. That makes a federal crime.
