USA - Florida. A jury has recommended that Randall Deviney be resentenced to death

A Duval County jury has unanimously recommended that Randall Deviney be resentenced to death. Deviney's prior death sentence had been overturned on March 23, 2017 under the Florida Constitution and the Sixth Amendment because four of the jurors in his case had voted for life.
