A Sarasota County jury recommended 12-0 the death penalty for Michael King, 38, white. Last week, he was found guilty with the Jan. 17, 2008 kidnapping, rape, and murder of Denise Amber Lee, 21, white. There was DNA evidence that King left inside Denise Lee’s body.
