Today, the House Criminal Justice Subcommittee heard HB 693, which seeks to add an aggravating factor for capital felonies if victim was gathered with one or more persons for specified activities. The bill passed the subcommittee with a vote of 17-1. The bill now goes to Judiciary Committee.
