USA - Florida. Judge Elizabeth Senterfitt sentenced David Sparre, 20, white, to death

Duval County Judge Elizabeth Senterfitt sentenced David Sparre, 20, white, to death, following the Dec. 13, 2011 (see) jury’s recommendation. He was convicted of 1st-degree murder. Authorities say Sparre was at the 21-year-old Tiara Pool's apartment in July 2010. The 2 had sex, and Sparre later stabbed Pool after learning Pool was married with 2 young sons, who had been staying out-of-town with family.
